Scope: Successfully managed the full development lifecycle, representing a project value of $220M.

Strategic Planning & Financial Foundation
Scale: A boutique master-planned residential enclave featuring 100 luxury townhomes.
Scope: Directed the full entitlement process, successfully obtaining critical Zoning Amendments and Draft Plan of Subdivision approvals.
The Result: De-risked the project’s early stages by securing a Letter of Intent (LoI) with RBC for the servicing loan, establishing a solid financial runway for construction.

Forestville Phase 2 & 3 | Stouffville, ON
Master-Scale Community Development
Scale: An expansive master-planned community comprising over 900 mixed-use units, including single-detached homes, townhouses, and high-density condominiums.
Scope: Managed the macro-level complexity of a multi-phase development, including large-scale infrastructure integration, school block allocations, and environmental (Storm Water Management) planning.
The Result: Successfully maximized the asset’s "highest and best use" through strategic municipal approvals, leading to a high-value portfolio exit via a successful land sale.
